Skip the valve job [they rarely need it] and do the timing chain instead. The only exception would be if you have never put a head gasket on it then I would do that as well. And...as long as your in there, How is the steering rack? if it is leaking or hard to steer in the morning it takes only 30 minutes to change with the engine out or 2 hours with it in.
