GET AND USE YOUR OWN TORQUE WRENCH.
If you have enough sense to know the correct torque for the lug nuts (I use 63 ft-lbs, not 90, also have two 7xx volvos, that way they're all the same...volvos much more sensitive to overtorque/warped rotors), you should also have enough sense to bring a torque wrench along and nicely request they use it or loosen them yourself and retorque.
Note...if the @#$%@#%$ idiots overtightened the bolts, it's not enough to simply relax each bolt and retighten although you might be ok. It's important (even when you do it yourself) not to tighten one nut all the way to 63 and then sequentially tighten the other nuts. What happens if you do it that way is that the first stud tightened to 63 is wedged tighter when the studs opposite it are tightened...essentially giving the first stud an effective clamping force as if it was tightened to maybe 100ftlbs.
Since the wheels are hubcentric, i.e., mounted/located on a raised flange in the center of the hub/wheel, if I have to retorque studs I generally release ALL of them (but just barely!) and then retorque in two steps...first torque to 36 (easiest to set than 35 or 37) and then torque to 63.
I also recommend 6-point flank rather than edge-grip sockets. After 10-15 years of putting on/removing the lugnuts, you can see where the socket bites the edge of the nuts...the flank grip socket grips the side of the nut well back from the edge. If you're using alloy or chromed lug nuts you might well want to find an alloy or lined socket wrench...various automotive specialty magazines or catalogs sell them, Griot's Garage for one.
