<<That will definately help fix the clutch problem, but i still am not sure about the pedal close to the floor. >>
Could there be air in the clutch master cylinder? I had to purge air from mine. I connected a clear plastic tube to the clutch slave cylinder nipple, connected the other end to a funnel and hung that above the level of the brake fluid container. Then I filled the tube via the funnel with brake fluid, allowed all the air to escape all the way down to the clutch slave cyliner nipple, then opened it. Any air at the slave end will rise up the tube, and the same for the mstr end. Then by slohttp://wwwwly pumping the clutch pedal to the floor and back, this allows air to be released from both the master and slave cylinders. At least it worked for me.
