Unfortunately, I am not an expert on ABS, but learned about it just like you are tracking down errant lights and having a bad accumulator. It sounds like you might also have a bad pressure accumulator/brake bomb and your pump is working just fine. Every time you hit the brakes "power brake" pressure is supplied by the brake bomb, and you're right, when it gets low, the pump turns on. Way back when you were checking this by pumping your brakes with ignition off. If the pedal got hard after 3 or 4 pumps, it would indicate that your bomb is not holding much pressure. I seem to remember you saying that it took many pumps to get all the pressure out, which would indicate that your bomb is OK. But maybe you lost pressure faster? I'd go to an ABS expert before I started random ABS parts replacement.
Re: bleeding, if you used a pressure bleeder on the rear brakes, i am not sure if you completely flushed the ABS system. Take the car out on a gravel road or a grass field and give the ABS a good work out. Then bleed just one rear side again using the ABS pump and your foot on the brake to flush the ABS.
Did you clean the grounds at the radiator crossmember and the transmission bolt, too? Just for the hell of it, try a separate wire from the ABS ground wire directly to the battery ground.
The long time that it takes to turn off lights on your other 900 is probably not related, but means that your ABS system needs to be flushed using the ABS pump as described above.
