First I need extra help now. I am all alone in MN with no Saaber or car person to help me out. And I was just starting to enjoy my converted manual.

#1: After a second closer inspection it turns out that I was not as lucky as I thought. The dowel is busted. What am I supposed to do now? Is it possible to remove the dowel and get a new one??

#2: Is there a high chance that I busted the crank?? I only drove for like half a mile real slow just to get home. A busted crank would mean a car that is totalled?? Need more input here.

#3: The easiest solution for me would be Locktite threadlock red. That is the easiest to acquire at local shops. Where would I be able to find the other stuff you guys mentioned. I personally have a tough time finding stuff at local stores.

#4: Should I go for new bolts just to be sure and how much would it cost me?

#5: What are those brushes chrisx suggested for cleaning, I have never heard of them before.


Please help out guys cause this is a real bummer. Don't know how I let it happen.
