Sorry. The factory calls for and uses sealant, not locker. There really isn't any dynamic here that should loosen properly torqued fasteners. The goal is preventing oil leakage. I suspect overlooked binding on the pin followed by improper application of final torque. It seems to happen often enough, though, that maybe the threadlocker is good insurance. It's suitability as a thread sealant worries me, though perhaps unjustifiably.
Vlado, you have two choices. Go with Jim's advice on the pin or drive it out the back and let it fall into the sump. I am NOT sure this can be done, maybe someone has an engine that's convenient to check on. You don't want to start down this road unless you know it can clear and fall. I broke the dowel pulling the flexplate off an auto equipped engine during a conversion and was able to remove it cause the engine was off. But I might have had to pull the main bearing-can't remember as it was 9-10 yrs ago. Rotate a bolt hole through the range and carefully check the depth clearance with not only a vernier, but also a threaded bolt much longer than the flywheel bolts to insure clearance at full diameter.
If your bolts are in the least bit boogered, replace them (your old ones from the auto flexplate are different) and run a well greased and frequently wiped tap through the crank threads to clean them up. Might be best to just leave the pin alone for now.
