Took the Townsend advice on its word and have been running it for the last couple of months. My tranny was still in great shape when I put the Mobil 1 into it, and I haven't felt any difference in the way it shifts at all - and I've been watching it carefully. If you already have worn parts and bad synchros, you may want to go with Red Line. It has been the savior of many a gear box in my experience. Otherwise, I'd go with what Townsend has experienced...
