You can get the flange from a wreck - just cut it off. I'm not aware of anywhere that you'd be able to buy it separately. I'm sure a source exists as there are aftermarket Saab exhausts, but I dunno where that would be. You might try calling SPG9 or Swedish Dynamics and see what they say.
The stock system is a 2.5" downpipe connected to a 2.25" system from the cat back. If you are replacing the exhaust elbow, you will need to relocate the battery to avoid a seriously convoluted downpipe.
