I just finished putting 6x9's in this morning with the adapters. I bought mine at Circuit City for $25. Depending on shipping, those on the website you posted might be a little cheaper.
First of all in the 3 door, the metal hangers that come with the adapters don't fit - so just toss them. The adapter holes don't line up perfectly with the Saab 4x10 holes, so you have to be a little creative.
First I bolted the 6x9 side of the adapter to one side of the speakers using 2 of the bolts that came with the adapters. Then for the other 2 holes I used some 3 inch bolts of the same diameter/pitch as the bolts that came with the adapters. Make sure you remove the carpet piece because you will need to feed the bolts in from the top in the 2 outboard side of the car mounting holes. The inner 4x10 holes are not used. If you tighten the long bolts tight enough, the adapter/speaker fits up there very snug even with only two bolts holding them up.
I've not had a chance to try them yet, as I am still waiting on my amp and head unit.
Good luck!
