recheck for vacuum leaks (esp bushings in intake manifold). AIC is not operational above idle. It may be a bad AMM. Check for good ground (at head, cross member and transmission) and good corrosion free connections to the NTC, AMM, and throttle switch Verify correct operation of the throttle switch. Try cleaning the AIC.
