The piece on the distrib can be bought from the dealer (~$5)-I always have one in stock as you never know when you will render a car inoperable by brushing against it. The connectors within it are released just like any other by depressing the tiny tab on the connector. I find it easiest to carefully crush and snip the old one away and then slip them into the new one. You need to keep the little button that feebly secures it to the distrib as it doesn't come with the terminal housing. It's easiest to pull the distrib and do the job on the bench so I always get the o-ring for the shaft too. Won't fix your internal oil leak, though.
