I too have toyed with this idea. APC is a nice deal as it is adaptive and will keep the engine from eating itself. It has it's own harness so it is pretty easy to adapt. I am not sure if it can be adjusted for such low pressures but the base boost can be adjusted at the wastegate so it may work, but is not necessary. the exaust system will have to be adapted or changed.
