Go to the sponsors on the bottom of the page: Sobstory, Cybertroll, etc. They have good prices and a lot of experience with SAABs.
You didn't say what model you got, but if you got a turbo, only use NGK BCP 7EV (Or ES) spark plugs (BCP 6EV or ES if you do primarily city driving) - NGK tends to have better quality control than some of the competitors and they're what the SAAB engineers used when they designed the engines.
For turbo and normally-aspirated models, only use Bosch cap & rotor and Bougicord or Magnecore spark plug wires - they're shielded to keep EM interference from affecting the knock sensor.
NAPA is OK for some things as is Beck-Arnley. Sometimes you can get things like air filters at chain stores for a decent price.
I've generally had good experience with remanufactured drive axles and brake calipers.
