What year? Have you checked the charcoal cannister? On some years the valve can fail producing a vacuum leak.

Also, have you cleaned out the trottle body and carefully checked all of the connections in the intake ducting.

Carefully check the nipples on the side of the throttle body to which the AIC and related bits connect. Sometimes they can come loose from the throttle body and produce a leak.

Some folks advocate using some starting fluid in a spray can or a bottle of propane to check for leaks. Spray the starting fluid or open the propane bottle and direct the gas at the location of a suspected leak. If leaking, the idle will increase.

AMM units are probably blamed for bad idle lots of times when they are perfectly good.
