It's nice that they're bright enough that they recognize the potential for a problem but they haven't even tried yet. I find that the high temp corrosion on exhaust fasteners is often much more forgiving than the low-temp water-mediated rust you find elsewhere on the chassis. What you want to be doing is spraying all the nuts and studs daily with a good penetrant for a couple of weeks. You could even break each one loose for them though if you've gone that far, you can do this job yourself. I rarely have ever had a problem with them. The worst case is usually that the stud backs out of the head. I do recommend new studs though, especially on a Turbo. I had the rude experience of having a reused one shear off when torquing the nut upon reinstallation in a brand new OE head.
