When you say "AC not functioning" that could mean a number of things: belt missing/loose, compressor shot, refrigerant discharged because of leak, dash button kaput, no power to compressor, AC relay shot. Or, since you don't seem to get air flow from any vent under any setting, the AC may in fact be working, but the cool air can't circulate into the car interior because the vent selector is stuck in the closed "O" position. That position effectively shuts off all incoming air from outside, plus shuts the fan off. I don't know for certain, but if the selector is in the "O" position, perhaps the AC won't turn on at all. The vent selector is operated by vacuum, and the central source of vacuum for that system is the large white plastic (1+ litre sized) bottle found inside the passenger side front fender well. Two vacuum hoses are connected to it - one from the intake manifold, one running to the rear of the vent selector dial (behind the dash). If one of those hoses are disconnected, you get no vent selection, as well as a vacuum leak. That's all I can come up with.
