im having the exact same problem with my 1989 SPG. its a very unsmooth ride, especially when trying to go slow around a parking lot in first gear. this is interesting that i found somebody with the same identicle problem that im having with my spg. i thought it was plugs or something but dunno. does yours sometimes clunk when going from first to reverse? and does it seem shaky when on a hard pull when the turbo is first kicking in on a hill?

a few more quistions, does your power stearing make an accesive amount of noise when first starting?

and as for all saabs ( i think ) does yuor sunroof have an anoying SQEEK to it when open while cruising down the road? its pretty anoying.
