Not likely, but I would never want to assume. If putting in a new AMM fixes it, then by golly, yes!
Make sure your timing is right - too advanced, and the car will be hard to start. Check the condition of the plugs, and make sure they're gapped properly.
Lastly,although it clearly says not to in every fuel injected car I've ever owned or seen, try opening the throttle some when you start the car. Just back off the second it catches.
