leg. Did the inspectors by any chance send you to a repair facility? There have been some recent incidences of, ah, irregularities at the DMV driver testing center regarding rental cars for driver tests as well as towed/disappeared cars involving the police department and towing companies. My advice is to move out of DC and leave it to the Federal Government. If they don't want to give voter representation, don't live there.
It's interesting that District of Columbia (DC?) has a brake balance dyno; I don't know of any Saab dealers that have them so how the heck do they expect anyone to fix it? One reason one side CAN brake so hard is because it has traction, i.e., the ABS isn't backing off the pressure on that side because it isn't slipping! How is the tire on the right rear?
