Windshield wiper tip

As I was driving along today in the Georgia rain, I felt safe and secure in the handling and weather fighting ability of my 85T. The rain was gently landing on my window, and was easily wiped away by my bosch wiper blades, along with the comforting clunk which accompanied each sweep of the blads.. wait a second.. COMFORTING CLUNK??? that aint good!! So.. remembering the time my cam came off the driver side blade, I looked and indeed with each sweep of the blades I could see the base of the wiper arm rise a tad bit. Anyway, when I got home, a few taps with the hammer (and some newly purchased loctite) on the base of the wiper arm put that old cam back where it belongs.. and I wont have to go through the hassle of trying to put that thing on again. So, the tip is: If you hear a clunk with your wipers, check the cam on the drivers side wiper: it is found under the hood where the wire runs from the passenger side to the drivers side. It slides on the bolt holding the wiper arm on. Hold it tightly and hit the bolt at the base of the wiper a few times with a hammer to get it back on before it falls off! :) hope this helps!
