You will probably want to just replace both axels rather than mess with the boots. In my neck o' the woods, it was folley to try and replace the boots. Retail for the axel was $105, wholesale $65. US dollars, I'm in So Cal.
Good idea to replace the ball joints. Really tightens up a suspension, you'll love the way it feels.
Tie rod ends? well, it depends on the condition of the rack itself. I might suggest you replace when you replace the rack, which might be not to far away.
Wheel bearing...jeez..I'm going to guess you are not the original owner of this car. Usually, in the USA, the right wheel bearing fails first. If you are in the UK, then I guess the left. Basically, the outside bearing suffers more abuse..gutters, potholes, etc. I've replaced two bearings, and they have both been Right side, at about 100K miles. So, if you are not the original owner, (and you are indeed in the US or somewhere where they drive on the right side of the road) I suspect the right side was replaced previously and the left has thrown in the towel.
jack up the left wheel and see how it turns. You'll be able to notice a roughness if the bearing is bad.
You'll need to find a good shop to press in the new bearing. A good auto machine shop should be able to handle it.
email me if you want to chat more.
