I am currently in the process of fitting an 16valve apc turbo engine to my 82 non apc. I blew up the 82 engine :) Since I was not able to get the wiring harness off of the 89 before it was crushed, i am left with fitting the mechanical Fuel Injection from the '82 onto the '89 (replacing the EFI) . I have already bought the required new injectors, and will attempt to fit them this weekend. The question I have is, how much trouble will I have if I don't fit the APC. Will the turbo not boost correctly? Will the engine even start? I have the APC computer, and was wondering how hard it is wiring it up. If there is a website with some instruction on how to fit the APC to the engine from scratch, that would be great.

If there is any other problems that I might have overlooked or if anyone has done a similar job and has some helpful hints, please let me know.
