If it does, the front motor mount is bad and makes vibrations from the inner drivers much, much worse.
Check that before you spend money on anything else.
Open the hood, step on the brake and, with the transmission is 1st gear, let up on the clutch a bit. If the front of the engine rises a lot, the front motor mount is bad.
Front mount replacement is a relatively easy DIY.
