Last night when i was up @ the Lititz Auto Service's lot looking for stuff, i saw a really faded and old looking 1990 red spg like mine, only bad looking, i thought it was abused and felt like grabbing its care takers by their necks and chucking them accross the country, upon closer inspection, i noticed that the seats had been replaced several times (dif. leather companies) and also that it was very faded in and out, upon close inspection, i noticed the odometer read 670,000 miles!!!!! (or 600,700, anyway, its still a crap load of miles) although i'm sure the engine must have been replaced @ least 1 time, the fact that the body has no visible exterior rust and little corrosion, is interesting. if he decides to junk it, (god forbid) there might be an spg kit available for sale on their site in the future (the kit is in better shape than the paint on the body) so some of you might be pleased to hear that (i don't remember their url but the there is a link on the Central PA saab club website in the "member dealers" section which is @ http://www.centralpennsaab.com)
