Upper control arm nut has broken off??

I was pulling the front supension out so I could swap in my new componets. ( ie Boxed control arms, 88+ turn knucles, all new bushings, tirods and ball joints )when I was loosening the bolts on the one of the upper control arm the nut that is welded to the car sheared off and was spinning freely. I got everything out intact except for this one problem, I have since soaked both the nut and bolt in WD40 and throughly cleaned the threads. they work fine now, except for the fact it aint attached to the car. If I re attach it with JB weld will that be strong enough to hold it and keep it from spinning so I can tighten it up?? what about epoxy??
any advice is good at this point,
thanks a bunch,
Jordan Sturtz
