Squirk penetrating oil in the wells around each plug and let it soak over a few days with replenishment if needed. If you can get one to move a fraction of a turn, work it back and forth slowly extending the range of rotation. Go slow unless you are anxious to pull the head. Similarly, warm is okay (2+ hours after shutdown) but hotter than that is working against you due to the difference in the coefficients of thermal expansion between the plug and the head. I've sheared a plug right off doing this ( of course on someone else's car that stopped over and mentioned he couldn't get one plug out).
I would start with the penetrating oil after shutdown, let it cool/soak a few hrs then give it a try as a starting point. Use Never-Sieze on your new plugs!
