The worst part about it is getting the headrest off. There is a torx screw that prevents you from pulling the h/r all the way out of its hole. To get it, I use a pair of bent-nose pliers (needle-nose pliers with 90-degree bend) and pull hard straight down at the opening where the headrest protrudes from the seat back. This is on the front side of the seat, immediately behind your neck. If you stick your finger down there, you can probably feel the head of the screw. Eventually, you should be able to pull the seat cover down far enough to get a torx driver in there and remove the screw. Once it's removed, throw it away. Try not to mangle the retaining "spring" clip or the plastic sleeve when you remove the headrest.

When the headrest is off, you just need to unzip the zipper at the bottom of the seatback, and start pulling the bottom edge up. Do it gradually, and let the cover turn itself inside-out as it comes up. It won't slide- you need to "roll" it up. There are some upholstery clips underneath the foam layer which need to be unhooked. Once you get into it, it should be self-explanatory. Pay enough attention that you will be able to put it back together once the repair is done. Actually, once you've removed the cover, you may want to sew it back together yourself.

It's really not difficult- just a little tedious.
