DAMN 85's! Pain in the butt, that's all I can tell you. I've done a turbo change-out on 2 85's, and what a pain getting that damn oil return tube back in. One piece of advice that I can give you that MUST be followed is this: MAKE SURE YOU DON'T TEAR THE NEW SEAL (green grommet thingy). That adds twice as much pain in the butt. I think I finally fiigured out that it's easier to put the little spout into the hole in the block, then bolt the top of the tube to the turbo. If I remember right, that's what I ended up doing. Have fun, and get it right, 85 was the best motor ever! Just think, in 86 and 87 they had a big threaded nut that flanged the FLEXI-TUBE right to the block, no lines, no waiting. In retrospect, I think I'd rather have an 87 900T with the cams of the 85.
