APC Still Clicks! AHHHHH

Ok, here is the full rundown...
Both my saab's have always had clicking APC solonoids (86 and 90 900T's). I just gave up on my 86 and said foggedabotit. My 90 however seems to draw more attention (I like to think because it looks good) from the clicking sound at the APC solonoid. The car runs great, boosts 3/4 into the yellow every time and on a cold night will hit the red. It is bone stock with 146K. I have read that the APC will click if the pressure sensor (can't remember the official name) is bad. So I brought another one home from the junkyard today (not sure if it works either, but hey?) and put it in. The new one is off an 88 9000T (same motor/same pressure?) (just to make sure, its the 3 inch metal cylinder with a vac line and 2 wires found under the dash). Well the damn thing still clicks. Boost is the same but I am still annoyed! Is there a way to test these parts, or some other part of the system? Looking for any and all ideas at this point so please, spout off anything ya got!
Thanks
Liam :-)
