I will try to run the pump and look at the fluid in the line(s) at the same time to see if I can detect fluid motion. The fluid level did not change during my previous attempts so I can only think that there is no leak unless the 'leak' is around the internals of one of the cylinders and the path of least resistance is taken thus removing the other cylinder from the full pressure? Is a pump failure catastrophic or is it usually preceeded by a slowing of the raising an lowering times? My top worked the same right to that last bit of attempted raising! Thanks for the suggestions.
