The ebrake adjustment is actually a simple pad to rotor clearance setting. On the back of the caliper is a 14mm bolt that covers a 4mm allen screw. Unhook the ebrake cable and back out the allen screw to retract the caliper. Remove the anti-rattle clip and caliper slide pins and lift off the caliper. After the new pads, caliper, and spring are back on, you tighten the allen screw until the rotor is just snug, then back off about 1/2 turn so the rotor turns freely and the ebrake lever on the caliper takes about 3/8 inch to lock the rotor. When seating the pads with the allen screw it's easy to overtighten, so be gentle. If your ebrake was OK before changing pads, you probably won't have to adjust the cables, but you can get to the adjustment under the back of the console. Both sides should be even and I think the brake should be tight at about 7 clicks(???)
