Just to be sure, jack the car up and turn the tires. You should be able to feel a warped rotor(high spot-wheel resisting rotation)when you do this.
A warped rotor can be cut to remove warpage. Don't believe the posts that say they can't. Mine were just cut by a friend of mine and everything is AOK. I had severe noises and pedal pulsations before turning.
