Do the doors first If it is in a junkyard and the rivits are aluminum I just use a hammer and chisel and knock the heads off from the top. Open the door and slide off to the rear. Remove all screws in the wheelwells and under the front fender rear piece[save the clip] and under the rear forward panel,[take the plastic and rubber wheelwell lining pieces with the ground effects piece, no need to separate] Close the door and slide off the piece in front of the door to the rear. Slide off the piece behind the door to the front. the front and rear pieces slide away from the bumper and up. Save all the aluminum strips that screw to the body, the clips that snap into the body are about $1.00 each from Saab. If the car is a pre 87 you'll also need the front piece or you will have to cut yous down to work with the kit.
