Re-wiring CIS (83 900 8v Non turbo) cold start wiring?

Hello,
I have posted earlier that i have a really hard time starting my 83 900 NT 8v CIS car- it is getting no voltage to anything that is cold related, nothing to the AAR, WUR, Cold start valve, etc. I;ve found numerous wiring problems, and the harness is kinda iffy- so I am assuming that is the problem. I've already make a relayed circut for the cool down fan, and that is functioning fine, but is there a diagram or something I could follow so i can make it easier to start and drive my car in the morning? it is a winter car, and a push button on the dash for the cold start isn't going to cut it-it's a pretty simple system, the O2, the Warm up reg, the Aux. air valve, the coolant temp switch, the thermo time switch, and the cold start valve, all of which I beive are mechanically ok-I belive it is in the wiring, but want to get this sorted as soon as possible, and don't know if it's the relays the decel shut off, the ground control relay or what.
is there just a basic diagram that I can go by? I can eliminate as much of the Emissions stuff as needed, IN ny, no sniffer or emissions test is required on an 84 or older car.(no cat either)
thanks for any and all assitance!
Percy.
