If its body paint on the plastic lense I don't think it will be possible to remove. To dissolve that paint would take solvent and the solvent is going to melt the plastic lense, if its plastic. Your best bet would be to get another lense. What year car? I have some perfect ones from an >'87 900T. Also know where some pre '87s are cheap.
