I doubt if it will make much difference - If you want to make a worthwhile improvement in this area do what I and others have done; Remove the airbox and replace put a cone (JR,K&N etc) filter directly on the AMM - with the shroud removed it will get good airflow from between the inlet and outlet pipes of the IC. Then get a small car radiator fan and mount it on the back of the IC - this will pull much more air through the unit than any amount of shrouding and ducting. There ae various ways of triggering it - I just have a switch on the dash but others have rpm, pressure or temp sensor triggers. It costs very little to get a fan from a junk yard - the only expensive bit is the filter but you will never have to but another!
