Unfortunately, the 8V h-motor does not have the nifty standoff that the b-motor has. Ubipa is right on here, use a screwdriver lock the tensioner. If you do it right, you can have the same screwdriver hold the cam gear up so it does not slip off the chain, a piece of string wrapped through will keep it in place too.
Are you showing up tomorrow for Dyno Daze? I talked to Rob yesterday, they are bringing the yellow NG900 rally car.
