When was the last time the fluid was flushed and replaced? I have noticed that the SRS/Brake lights go out much sooner with fresh fluid. Perhaps the ABS pump gets sluggish when cold if the fluid has any age on it. Also check and clean the ground connections at the radiator cross member, the trans case, battery, and the wire from the ABS unit to the inner fender.
I don't think there is anything functionally wrong with your system.
