I pulled that thing until my face was red and it did't move a bit! Anothe thing, about a year ago I was trying to take it off, I was in an auto parts store driveway and went inside to look at aftermarket shift knobs, while I left my friend in the car, when I came back out he said he tried to pull it off....he had twisted it thinking maybe it screwed off, since then it has had a little bit of play in it, meaning it can be wiggled a bit from side to side...could this have anything to do with why I just can pull it off?!
Thanks again!
