From memory - the bottoms:
Remove the upholstry clips underside the seat.
Remove the plastic center of the round seatback adjustment on the side.
Remove the torx screw on the same plastic side panel.
Back on the seatback adjustment knob, use a screwdriver and mallet to tap the knob off its friction fit clips - you'll see.
Now that the side(s?) are off use a pliers to remove the metal rod holding the upholstry on.
If you have leather, the metal center ring of the seat is held on with about 8 clips. Unhook them from the seat bottom with a needlenose pliers.
Starting at an edge peel the heat element apart at the foam. Look for breaks where the wire grid passes under the seat metal.
Twice, I've had a pass seat not working and it was an unhooked thermostat once and a dead thermostat the other time.
The backs:
A little fuzzy here. With a pliers unhook the metal pin/hook at the very bottom sides of the upholstry.
Unzip.
Peel up like a banana?
I've never had a break in the seatback.
When you removed the seats I assume the pass side load activated switch was still fitted properly with the little chains.
Thats all I got.
