Blue/red wire, when everything is OK. The ECU sends a ground signal to injector through the green/red wire.
After what you describe it seems to be some problem with the ECU ground signal. It could be a broken wire or bad computer.
Go in and check the groundsignal at pin 13 of ECU and check for continues wires between ECU and injector.
