Flywheel Paranoia And Clutch Bleed Question

Doing my clutch, waiting for flywheel resurface/lightening to be completed; getting paranoid about cleaning the flywheel bolts: don’t want the flywheel to come loose...
Q’s:
a.) Do the bolts have to be super-clean or can I leave a bit of old sealer residue on there? What about the oil in the crankshaft holes – does this all have to be surgical clean when I reattach the flywheel?
b.) I read old posts about getting tapered gun cleaning brushes for the bolt holes in the crankshaft. Having been shooting just once in my life, can someone tell me if said brushes have metal or nylon bristles, cuz if they’re nylon, nothing’s gonna get cleaned – stuff caked on too well. Do I need to be really nervous about getting a little old sealer inside the motor?
c.) Also read old posts about homemade pressure kit for brake master cyl. using a reservoir cap from a car w/ABS – anyone know what cars’ caps fit? Do Saab systems w/ABS have a plain-jane cap w/no fluid level switch in it?
Thanks for your comments/suggestions...
