reuse the old bolts, the threads have to be cleaned(remove old sealer). This would also include the female threads of the crank. Apply thread sealing compound(no brand name given) to the bolts before installing. Torque bolts to 44 ft lbs.
As far as the pressure bleeder is concerned, you can rig an old bicycle tube to work with a hand pump, or I think I read something about a mighty-vac that also works.
Might as well bleed the brakes while you're at it. It should be done every two years anyway. Use Castrol dot4 fluid.
