you must have botched a wire or a splice. when the car is cold, it gets idle/mixture info from the AMM until the O2 sensor heats up and takes over. if the CE light comes on when warm, I think it means that the car has switched the signal source from the AMM to the O2 sensor and the sensor is providing incorrect, erratic or no info. go back and check your work. did you plug back in that small black separate wire when you finished?
