Kenzo: Here is what I think is going on. I think you have a bad thermostat. Do you have the same radiator on that came with the car. Something is restricting the water to circurlate--either the thermostat or the radiator causing the thermo switch not to close--which turns the fans on. I would try replacing the thermostat or remove the thermostat to see how the car runs and see if the fans run. After removning the thermostat you can check it by boiling some water in a pot and placing the thermostat and see if it opens. I had the same problem a couple of months ago and change the radiator and thermostat. Purchased a radiation from SOBSTORY--$140.00 and I forgot what I paid for the thermostat--it was not much. My car is now running too cool--especially with the cool weather in the DC area. Let us know if this helps. george
