Since motor doesn't run, deal with this problem before you assume hydralic problems.
Since the relays both click, they are probably OK.
Is the power to the relays? Not actuation power(that makes the relays close), but regulated(constant at the relays) power?
Have you checked the fuse under the hood, passenger side, in the white single fuse holder?
Once you get the electrical solved, then move on to hydralics.
When you hot wire the pump and it runs, do the cylinders move?
Have you bought a Bentley manual and/or a Saab factory manual (convertable section)?
On your oily carpet, with nothing running oil still leaking is unlikely. More likely the carpet and the pad underneath it are saturated and the oil is wicking back up after cleaning. If you pull up the carpet and clean out the oil underneath it should help. If it's really bad, pour a liberal layer of oil-dry underneath the carpet and spread it around. Leave it there for a couple of months, then clean it out. This has worked for me.
