1. Tough to refabricate or mold in, but it can be done. You'll need to go to an autobody paint/supply shop and get some commercial exopy and try to reshape those areas that are missing. Very time consuming. The chances of finding these pieces intact in a junkyard will be difficult.
2. Cost to have the panels repainted could be several $100s. I just had a set done. Make sure they use the factory Anthracite gray bumper paint.
3. Shouldn't be any drilling to remount the panels on a non-SPG. The chrome strip on the door should have the same holes as the mounting rail for the SPG panels. You'll need to get the plastic inserts that go into the door that the torx screws that hold the rail go into. I believe the mounting rails for non and SPG bumper extensions are the same, I could be wrong.
Sorry to hear about your SPG. Make sure you take the short shifter off it!
