Someone will no doubt want to argue this, but I wouldn't worry one bit. On my third Saab C900, all weeped oil (and even more PS fluid) on original seals. Some would even call it a Saab trait. If you a)can't find a diff on the oil stick between changes, b)the leak is as innocuous as you say, and c)engine isn't throwing oil on the firewall/crankshaft pulley... er, then go clean the garage or organize some magazines or something ;o) Happy Saabing. If it still_really_bothers you, you can mention it to your tech; that he should advise you of what seals are accessible when other more urgent repairs are done in the future.

P.S. consider also it may be steering fluid (very common, relatively harmless) or trans fluid (not so common) - barring steadily worsening situation, learn to love 'em and top 'em off when you change oil IMHO.
