Just read this web site and follow the instructions. It is was about a 4-6 hrs job for me to accomplish but I repaired a lot of things I had been puting off for a year.
There is a part of this proceedure that sounds scarry - don't wory if you follow the directions the starter pulls the bolt off just fine and it saves hard work.
If you can put new belts on yourself you can change the crankshaft pully- some tight places but not too bad

91-07-665 Crank pully/harmonic balancer $69
91-25-824 Oil pump housing o ring $2.16
91-73-576 Crank front seal $6.43
