1992 900; heating (all vents) goes cold after about 10 minutes, and never really gets hot - just warm. As I thought that all hot air is generated by the engine, and not by any kind of electrical heater - what on earth can this be. It definitely does get warm, and then it goes cold again, and maybe if you're around for long enough it gets warm again.Centre facia vent does the normal cold air all the time. Seems like it getting worse - takes longer to heat up, and cools quicker.
